I have the same issue. After taking over a week to render 8 secs of video, I was able to click the green check mark only to have a looping "setup" progress bar. left for a day before finally force quitting. Was my first attempt to render an 8 second clip and lost 2 weeks time. VERY frustrated and disappointed.

Keyshot v. 9.3.14, OSX Catalina
Hello,
More often than not, this issue is caused by saves taking too long to actually write to disk, particularly when rendering to 32 bit .psd files.
It has been solved in the KeyShot 10.1 release.
Unfortunately there is no work-around for this issue except maybe to render to smaller file formats, such as 16 bit psd, png, etc.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

When render is finished and I click the green check mark the "Finalizing" status bar repeats in an endless loop and have to force quit Keyshot. This also sometimes happens if I click the red X to stop a render.
