Hello,
More often than not, this issue is caused by saves taking too long to actually write to disk, particularly when rendering to 32 bit .psd files.
It has been solved in the KeyShot 10.1 release.
Unfortunately there is no work-around for this issue except maybe to render to smaller file formats, such as 16 bit psd, png, etc.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Hi! I am having this issue also and have just come on board here to see how I can resolve it. I'm running Keyshot Pro v10.2.113 [4.2.39] My computer is a MacBook Pro 16" 2019 I juts bought it 8 months ago. Processor: 2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9. Memory: 64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4. Graphics: AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB
Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB. This seems to be a new issue and not something I've seen before on any other files I've worked on.
After each render is setup the Keyshot log window shows the following error: Possibly stuck in sync counter. This may lead to instabilities. The good thing is my renderings are still going thru its just I have to quit the application afterwards otherwise it ends up in an endless loop of saving.
I have the same issue. After taking over a week to render 8 secs of video, I was able to click the green check mark only to have a looping "setup" progress bar. left for a day before finally force quitting. Was my first attempt to render an 8 second clip and lost 2 weeks time. VERY frustrated and disappointed.
Hello Rob,
I'm sorry to hear that you are still having issues with this.
To better assist you, I’ll need to gather additional information. Please provide:
If there are any pending updates on either your Mac or KeyShot, please update the the latest versions and let me know if you are still having problems.

When render is finished and I click the green check mark the "Finalizing" status bar repeats in an endless loop and have to force quit Keyshot. This also sometimes happens if I click the red X to stop a render.
MacOS Mojave 10:14:4
Keyshot 9.3
