For scenes like this you would want to enable 'caustics' in your Lighting settings.
When rendering, try using 'Max Samples' or 'Max Time' instead of 'Custom Control'. This should provide you with better results.

hi,
I got a problem when I do the transparency&cloud material and solid material.
please see my problem pictures below.
I tried 2 ways:
1, the 2 touching surfaces have no space
2, the 2 touching surfaces overlap a little bit, such as 0.1mm.
the 2nd way works better, but it still has some strange dot on the surface on the final rendering pics. see below.
