Keyshot file crashes on opening

Hi, I'm in the middle of a very important Uni module, I've got a week left and I spent so long making this scene, but for some unknown reason after 2 renders it won't open again. It keeps crashing when the GPU load reaches 85% when loading it in.

I accidentally pressed a button that doesn't let me see the crash report anymore, and was hoping to God someone could help me fix this? I'm really stressing.

I've attached the .bip file below on google drive.

Thanks so much in advance.

Hello Jake,

Thank you for contacting Luxion.
The google drive link requires you to accept our request for the file.
But it is possible your computer's hardware is being overworked or has run into an error.

I am going to ask you to do the most stereotypical IT question ever.

Please try re-starting your computer to see if that solves the issue.

If that does not help, I would recommend a fresh installation of KeyShot to clear any residual processes that have not been cleared.
Please make a backup of your Resources folder to save any materials, models and other important information.

How to perform a fresh install:
  1. Uninstall KeyShot
  2. Make sure to delete the KeyShot resources folder
    • note: move it to the desktop if you wish to back up your resources
    • Windows Default:
      • C:\Users\UserName\Documents\KeyShot or
      • C:\Users\Public\Documents\KeyShot
      • Delete C:\ProgramData\Luxion\KeyShot 9 folder
      • Delete C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Luxion\KeyShot 9 folder
    • Mac Default:
      • /Library/Application Support/KeyShot
  3. Download and Re-install KeyShot using the links below.
For this step, you’ll need the full installer(not the update installer).
    • You can find the newest version of KeyShot here.
    • You can find older versions of KeyShot here.
  4. Go through the registration wizard, enter your license information, and KeyShot should be up and running.
Please let me know how this works for you.
