So here is the issue, I am importing the geometry from SolidEdge, having the quality settings on the maximum possible.
Once on Keythsot, the geometry itself is pretty smooth and there are no clear losses in quality, however, when adding labels there is a clear loss in quality around some areas that are a bit curved, giving the "faceted look". the geometry itself is smooth and I have checked and rechecked it multiple times, so I am pretty sure the issue is coming from the label itself...
I tried changing some settings (changing the type, currently at plastic), even playing with (bump heigh) but to no effect. The label is set as "diffuse" btw.
Any tips/help are highly appreciated!

Hello Bruno,
Thank you for contacting Luxion.
This is a tough one without seeing the model and texture label.
Testing this using a few models from our cloud and personal library I didn't have any issue with the labels.
This could be a mapping issue with the label or a UV unwrapping issue.
If you can send over the file We can take a look and see what is going on.
Bruno V.
