Thank you for contacting Luxion.
The KeyShot 10 for Rhino 7 plugin is not available, are you having this issue with the Rhino 6 plugin?
What browser are you using and were you able to download the app, just not install it?

Thank you for contacting Luxion.
This is a priority item for us, and the plugin is almost ready. There was a setback with SubD support.
To avoid complications, I cannot give you an estimate at this time.
But we will be releasing the plugin soon.

I apologize for the miscommunication. We will release the Rhino 7 plugin as soon as possible.
