Keyshot forum 500 Server Error

Has anyone else been seeing the regular Keyshot User Forum is throwing 500 Server error? I haven't been able to get to it for several days now, but haven't seen any announcement that it's a known outage or undergoing upgrades or anything.

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at [no address given] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

​I see. I cannot say for certain if there was a change to the forum's URL, but yes you can get their using forum.keyshot.com.
We apologize for the confusion. We will be sure to make any changes and updates to KeyShot more transparent in the future.
