Hi, i have been facing the problem of GPU errors multiple times and stressed to the point.

Getting black renders for the GPU renders and getting crashed in midway with log error CUDA MISALIGNED ADDRESS. The machine works with a DISPLAY 2 set of Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650.

With updated drivers and repeated uninstalling of keyshot , I'm not able to solve the problem.

Hello ArAvind,

What version of KeyShot are you using when experiencing this issue?

Is the scene you are experiencing this issue with using any displacement materials?

Your previous email stated you were using a Nvidia 2070, but this message shows a GTX 1650.

If using a newer version of KeyShot, this card may no longer be fully supported.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Luxion Denmark Support.
Does this effect all your renders, or a few in particular?
To better assist you, I’ll need to gather additional information. Please provide:
  1. Computer make and Specs:
    • Manufacturer (Dell, Toshiba, HP, etc..)
    • Windows/Mac OS version
    • Graphics Card model
    • Processor model
  2. Exact KeyShot Version (e.g. 8.1.80)
If you are using KeyShot 10, you can try updating you graphics card's drivers.

If you are using KeyShot 9, try upgrading your drivers to versions 458-466.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Luxion Denmark Support.
Strange enough, I received your reply in my email account, but the forum and your support ticket was not updated.
This is going to sound cliche, and I apologize in advance but if you have not already, please try restarting your computer to clear any cached processes causing this issue.

To confirm, are you using the latest version of KeyShot and the most recent GPU drivers?

If you are using KeyShot 9, we have noticed an issue with the latest Nvidia GPU drivers and older versions of KeyShot. The recent string of updates released may cause some performance issues when enabling GPU Mode.

To resolve this issue, please downgrade the current version of your drivers to version 458-466.
This issue does not effect the latest KeyShot 10 release. Upgrading your license will also solve this problem.

We have contacted Nvidia and they are aware of the issue.

Thank you for your patience. Nvidia will have this issue solved as soon as possible.
