Error Retassellation NURBS Zbrush to Keyshot

When I import the model from Zbrush to Keyshot (I have Keyshot for Zbrush plugin, not a standalone version) I have error message when I want to retassellate my object. Take a look at attached image. Failed to prepare NURBS for tessellation! Why didn't work?

Hello Anna,

Thank you for contacting Luxion Denmark Support.
It is possible that NURBS are enabled on some parts of the scene's geometry, but not all.
In this case, either enable NURBS for all parts of the scene or remove NURBS from all geometries in ZBrush before sending it over to KeyShot.

Let us know if this worked for you.

Hello Anna,
In this case, there were either no NURBS established in ZBrush or there is an error in the geometry.
Can you confirm if NURBS were either enabled or disabled while in ZBrush?

You can try creating a simple geometry, like a cube in KeyShot. This should enable NURBS, but please be aware that its possible the NURBS would only be applied to the KeyShot geometry.

I have this same issue. How do you enable NURBS on your zbrush imported object?
