Ah my apologies, I misunderstood.

We do not officially have a preferred instance type, but I would personally look at the Accelerated Computing Instances. Naturally the more CPUs the better. 

Nvidia GPU cards should work without issue, however these cards have not been fully tested and are not fully supported.

In this instance GPU rendering will more than likely be unavailable on your setup. However that current setup is more than able to render in CPU mode without any issues.

Are you looking to run the KeyShot application itself on a cloud computer or a Floating License server?

If you wish to use AWS as the host for your Floating License server, you can go to https://manual.keyshot.com/manual/installation/pro-floating-installation/pro-floating-advanced-setup/ for details.

If you are looking to host the actual KeyShot application on AWS, please make sure that it meets the requirements listed at https://www.keyshot.com/system-requirements/

Yes as long as your AWS has a dedicated hostname and MAC Address you can host your license server there.

A static IP is highly recommend, but not a requirement.

I would suggest speaking with your IT Department and your Cloud provider to make sure everything is established correctly.
