Please perform a status inquiry on your server and send us your log file.
How to find the Log File.
1. Start the Luxion License Server
2. Go to the Install License tab
3. Click License Folder
· A folder will open
4. Send us the LUXION.log file Located in that folder.
This file can be sent as an attachment to support@luxion.com.
A representative will review the logs and contact you with more information on how to solve this issue.
