When trying to return a borrowed KeyShot floating license but are unable to or it fails follow the instructions below.
How to return a stuck KeyShot floating license:1. On Windows click on search bar or Windows Key + R and type RegEdit hit enter key.
2. Go to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\FLEXlm License Manager\Borrow
3. Delete the entries the say keyshot2, keyvr, borrowinfo.
4. Open KeyShot and verify it can connect to KeyShot floating license?

KeyShot has to be closed during this process or it can cause it to fail.
