When accessing KeyShot Cloud or Portal, especially for the first time, it is not unusual to receive an invalid login error message. Users will also be alerted to a possible CSRF attack:

Its perfectly normal to be alarmed by this error message, but KeyShot has not been compromised in any way. 

There are a various reasons why this error message can appear. The most common is a discrepancy between the system clock and your local time.

Please confirm that your computer's clock is accurate.

After that, refresh your browser by pressing CTRL + F5 or Command + R. This will clear any cached data. 

You should now be able to log into the KeyShot Portal.
