If you have just purchased KeyShot Web and need to activate it with the Serial Code, please follow the instructions below.
Prerequisites
- KeyShot Pro Subscription License (Active)
- KeyShot Web Subscription License (Active)
Procedure
1. Select 'Activate my license'
2. Select 'I have a subscription'
3. Sign into your KeyShot Cloud account
4. You should see a screen like this:
5. Click on 'Add Module' under the activated KeyShot license
6. Enter the serial code
7. Click 'Activate'
8. Select 'Next' and then 'Finish' (Do not select 'Activate new license')
If they have followed these instructions and are still seeing KeyShot Web is not activated, please contact us through the support portal.
