When activating KeyShot with a new floating license file, the license does not start and shows the following error in the Luxion Log.

Please follow the steps below:
Attempt to Launch LMTools:
First, try launching LMTools. If you're unable to do so and encounter issues with file paths pointing to non-existent folders, it's possible that LMTools might not be installed.
If LMTools cannot be launched, I recommend contacting your IT Admin. There might be a firewall setting preventing its installation with the server installation package.
Update LMTools File Paths (if LMTools can be launched):
If LMTools is successfully launched, update the file paths as follows:
- Path to the lmgrd.exe file: C:/Program Files (x86)/Luxion License Server/lmgrd.exe
- Path to the license file: <Enter the file path to the License file>
- Path to the debug log file: C:/ProgramData/Luxion/License/LUXION.log
Note that these are the default settings, and you may have alternative configurations.
Save Changes and Start the Server:
- After updating the file paths, save the changes and attempt to start the server using the Start/Stop/Reread tab in LMTools.
