Issue

Using the plugin for Siemens NX (2306-800) but when I transfer from NX to KeyShot, there is no model, only a blank screen. Trying different files or scenes has the same issue.

However, if I import the part directly from KeyShot, everything is normal.

Cause

NX Plugin is not transferring geometry.

Resolution

As a workaround, import the model internally from KeyShot. This also works to import the Model/Assembly in the native .prt form from NX.

Defect ID: KEYS-31546 has been issued. Waiting for a fix in a future release of the NX Plugin.
