If you need to make changes to your Subscription Billing information such as changing the credit card information.


Prerequisites


  • Must have a Subscription License
  • Must have a KeyShot Cloud Account



Procedure


If you need to make changes to your billing information please follow the below steps:

First sign into your KeyShot Cloud Account here. 

Once there, you go to the Subscriptions & Billing tab. 
1. Select the three dots next to the license you wish to edit
2. From there you will be directed to a new screen where you can edit the payment information and also turn on/off the auto-renew.
